John Mark Sheffield

John M. Sheffield, 59, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2006. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at Sweet Home Baptist Church in Milan, GA. Reverend Henry Batts will officiate.

Mr. Sheffield was born on June 27, 1947. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam. Mr. Sheffield was owner of Sheffield Expert Paint Services for 35 years. His company was the original painter of Lake Vista Apartments as well as several other large developments in the Central GA area. His parents, Luther A. and Birdie Dykes Sheffield preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Violet Dawn Martin (Zack) of Warner Robins; and granddaughter, Janie Lucianna Martin of Warner Robins.
