Cochran

John Quinton Roberts, 53, entered into rest on July 15, 2024. Born in Warner Robins, Georgia, John was a beloved son, brother, and uncle who touched many lives throughout his journey.

John was raised in Warner Robins and completed his education at Warner Robins High School in 1990. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, John relished the thrill of hunting and the peacefulness of nature. He also enjoyed refining his marksmanship skills at the John Roberts Firebreak Shooting Range.

Beyond his outdoor pursuits, John had a deep appreciation for music and movies, with a special affinity for the classic TV series "Gunsmoke." His enthusiasm for these interests enriched his life and brought him closer to those who shared his passions.

John was preceded in death by his father, Wilson Henry Roberts; maternal grandparents, Ovid Felton and Pearl Ellington Green; paternal grandparents, Quinton and Virginia Roberts.

He is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his devoted mother, Betty Green Roberts; brother, Steven W. Roberts (Daphne); and niece, Anjelyn Roberts.

A memorial gathering will be held to celebrate John's life on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow immediately after in the chapel at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of John Roberts to Cross Roads Global Methodist Church of Perry or First United Methodist Church of Warner Robins.
