Johnie Bilbrey

Johnie Gray Ferril Bilbrey, 84, entered into rest on Sunday, July 18, 2010.

Mrs. Johnie Bilbrey was born on September 16, 1925, in Livingston, Tennessee. Johnie was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and neighbors. Her hobbies were working in her yard and growing beautiful flowers. She enjoyed working for Miller's Department Store for over seventeen years, and was a member of the United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-four years, James W. Bilbrey and parents, James M. and Daisy Emma Ferril.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, James M. Bilbrey (Lynn); daughter, Margie Gail Cox (Gary); grandchildren, James Matthew Bilbrey (Angela), Jennifer Leigh Vining (Blake), and Michael Lynn Cox; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Mason Bilbrey; brother, Harlan Ferril; and sister, Rosaline Davis (Jack).

Visitation will be Saturday, July 24, 2010, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Funeral Home in Knoxville, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2010, at Highland Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
