Jonathan Michael "Jon" Hoffman, 46, suddenly passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015.
Jon was born on February 27, 1968 in Macon, Georgia. In 1998, he graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University and decided to use his kindhearted and generous personality in a career as a nurse. Jon was adored by both patients and staff as a Registered Nurse at Riverside Treatment Center in Montezuma.
Aside from his uncanny ability to help others, Jon had a great musical talent and enjoyed singing, writing music, and playing guitar. He was also a "mad scientist" and inventor. Jon was his brother's pal and loved his baby sister dearly. He will be remembered as a "good man" by all who knew him.
Jon's father, Dale Alan Hoffman, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving daughters, Savannah Hoffman and Miranda Dale, both of Warner Robins; mother, Glenda Kutay (Larry) of Centerville; fiancé, Lori Fulton of Bonaire; stepchildren, Skyler, Briana and Savannah; sister, Laura Hoffman Kinkade (Kevin) of Warner Robins; brother, Eli Hoffman (Laurie) of Byron; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Oasis Community Church, 120 Walker Road, Byron, GA 31008. Burial will be private.
