Jonathan Edward Middleton

Jonathan Edward Middleton, 37, entered into eternal rest with Jesus on June 29, 2024. Born in Marietta, Georgia, Jonathan spent his formative years in Kennesaw, where he attended Dominion Christian School. A talented athlete, Jonathan made his mark on the basketball court, setting numerous records during his school years. It was also during high school that his passion for music blossomed, laying the foundation for a future in the music industry.

Following his graduation from Dominion Christian School, Jonathan pursued higher education at Reinhardt University and later Tennessee Temple University, where he continued to excel in basketball at the collegiate level. After completing his studies, he turned his focus to the music world, carving out a niche as both a musical artist and a creator of personalized music for sports teams.

Jonathan's devotion to his family was unparalleled. He cherished his loved ones deeply and demonstrated his commitment by always helping to care for them. His love extended beyond his immediate family to include his wonderful circle of friends and church family at Freedom Church in Acworth, Georgia.

His father, Eddie Middleton preceded him in death.

Jonathan is survived by his loving mother, Kathy Middleton of Kennesaw; siblings, Christina Middleton of Macon, Jamie McDaniel (Mike) of Denver, CO, and David Middleton of Kennesaw; nephew, Cayden Middleton; nieces, Madelyn McDaniel and Amelia McDaniel; and aunt, Sandra Middleton.

A memorial service to celebrate Jonathan's life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Freedom Church in Acworth, Georgia. Following the service, the family will receive guests at the church.
