Jonnie Walker Werner, 88, died Monday, May 12, 2003. Services will be held on Thursday, May 15 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7:00 until 9:00pm at McCullough Funeral Home. Box 1544, Warner Robins, GA 31099-1544.
A native of Sale City, GA, Mrs. Werner was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, the Sunshine Sunday School Class, and the Warner Robins Senior Citizens Club. Her husband, George Werner, and parents, John Milton and Viola M. Walker, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sister, Ruby Ross, Warner Robins; children, George R. Werner, Byron, and Patricia Brannen, Gray, GA; five grandchildren, Adrianne Franey, Wisconsin; Paul Brannen, U.S. Coast Guard Academy of Connecticut; Bryan Brannen, Gray; and Paul Schofill and Ken Schofill, both of Warner Robins; two great grandchildren, Sara and Haley Schofill, both of Warner Robins; and many nieces and nephews.
