Joseph Allan Bailey

Joseph Allan Bailey, 70, entered into rest on Thursday, August 1, 2019.

Joseph was born on August 5, 1948 in Macon, Georgia to the late Otto Riddle and Frances Lee Stewart Bailey. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970 and retired from YKK USA, Inc. with 22 years as an engineer. Joseph was a history buff and a back roads enthusiast who enjoyed crossword puzzles, Westerns, and football; he was the biggest Atlanta Falcons and UGA fan. GO DAWGS!

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Wendell Bailey and Barbara Polk.

He will be dearly missed by his children, Christopher Levi Bailey (Zahava), Joanna Leigh Bailey, and TSgt Jessica Lynn Bailey, USAF; grandchildren, Jonah Camp Bailey, Makaylah Lipscomb, Tristen Bailey, Ayden Bailey, and Jaxson Bailey; and siblings, Jane Mulkey (Rob), Jean Langston (Boot), and Jon Bailey (Sharon).

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 in the Farmhouse at McCullough Funeral Home. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the Farmhouse following the service.
