Joseph 'Joe' William Rich

Joseph "Joe" W. Rich, 61, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.

Joe was born on February 22, 1951 in Quitman, Georgia. He was of the Baptist faith. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Joe was employed by the Houston County Board of Education in the maintenance department. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid golfer. His parents, Malachi Henry Rich and Hilda Spell Rich, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, William J. Rich (Vicky) and Jinger Tucker (Alton); brothers, James (Judy), John (Cheryl), and Paul (Mary) Rich, all of Warner Robins; sisters, Mary Pierce (George), Mobile, Alabama; Martha Ard (J.R.), Warner Robins; grandchildren, Al and Elle Tucker, Blake and Alex Pitzer; great granddaughter, Hayden Tucker; special friend, Janice Stalnaker, many nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday evening, September 27, from 6: 00 p.m. until 8: 00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 on Friday, September 28, 2012 at Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
