Joseph S. Taminich

Joseph S. Taminich, 64, entered into rest on Friday, October 2, 2009.

Mr. Taminich was born on October 26, 1944, in Long Beach, California. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Navy, becoming a Prisoner of War. He later worked at Boeing, Inc., as a Planner in aircraft manufacturing. His parents, Nick Taminich and Daisy Pyeatte Taminich, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of eighteen years, Rebecca McMurtry Taminich; children, John, Diane, Kristina, Rachel, Joseph Jr., Maria and Pat; and sixteen and one-half grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2009, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2009, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Pastor Todd Shearin officiating. Memorial donations may be given to Disabled American Veterans, P. O. Box 14301, Cincinnati OH 45250-0301.
