Josephine S. ''Jo'' Dunning

July 23, 1906 — July 11, 2003

Warner Robins, GA – Josephine Dunning, 96, died Friday, July 11, 2003 at the Church Home for the Aged. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Monday, July 14 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery. A rosary will be said at 7:00pm, Sunday July 13 at McCullough Funeral Home with a visitation following until 9:00pm.

Born in Washington, DC she had resided in Warner Robins since 1960. Mrs. Dunning was a homemaker and an avid golfer for 60 years. As a member of the Houston Lake Country Club, she was awarded the Lifetime Award. She was also a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Legion of Mary, Council of Catholic Women, Golden Hearts, RAFB Officers Wives Club, Military Surviving Spouses Club and the Warner Robins Womens Club. She was preceded in death by husband, Col. John A. Dunning, parents, Walter and Bertha Speake, and cousin, Horace A. Baldwin.

Survivors include her cousin, Kathryn Duey, of Maryland, 4 nephews and 1 niece.
