Joshua Tariq Hickey

2017 graduate of Warner Robins High School, Joshua Tariq Hickey, passed away on the evening of Monday, December 5, 2022, at the age of 23.

Josh was born in Cartersville, GA on February 22, 1999, the son of Latresa Stewart. He was proud to serve as a mentor to many children at the Boys and Girls Club and was a former employee of Perdue Farms. Josh enjoyed playing basketball and football, loved listening to music, and attending First Presbyterian Church.

Josh is survived by his loving son, Castiel Hickey; his mother, Latresa Stewart of Warner Robins; his siblings, Deborah Dawson, Ashley Dawson, LaMarcus Hickey, Daniel Dawson, Amari Hickey, Antonio Stewart and Nehemiah Stewart, all of Warner Robins; his grandparents, Cynthia Bryant of Macon and Tommie Dawson of Florida; and extended church family, Rev. Paula Hoffman, Sarah Broussard, Raymond Haggard, Dolan Suggs and other loving church family.

Visitation with Josh’s family will be Saturday, December 17, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Paula S. Hoffman officiating.
