Joyce S. Harrell

Joyce S. Harrell, 79, entered into rest on Saturday, April 27, 2013.

Joyce was born on August 9, 1933 in Alabama to the late Charles Jewette Story, Sr. and Mary Wynn Story. She owned and operated Harrell's Curb Mart in Warner Robins and spent the last twenty years as a wonderful homemaker. Joyce was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed crocheting, cooking and sewing. In addition to her parents, her husband, Lovett David Harrell; sister, Sara Story; and brother-in-law, Rich Courselle preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving siblings, Joette Courselle, Saugerties, New York; Charles J. Story, Jr. (Evelyn), Warner Robins; Peggy Young, Dublin, Georgia; and Margie Irwin (Larry), Wilmington, Delaware; and several devoted nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Magnolia Park Cemetery with interment immediately following. The family will receive friends at the cemetery one hour prior to the service. The family will accept flowers, or donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
