Juanita (Nita) Campbell Hoffman

Evelyn Juanita Hoffman, 78, entered into rest on Monday, March 21, 2011.

Mrs. Hoffman was born on April 29, 1932 in Dublin, Georgia. Nita was a member of Chatom Baptist Church, Chatom, Alabama. She was a 1949 graduate of A.L. Miller High School for girls in Macon, Georgia. Nita was a Claims Representative with the Social Security Administration for thirty years. Her parents, Malcom Campbell and Georgia Lee Dominey Campbell, and brother, Phillip Campbell, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband of thirty three years, Clyde Leverne Hoffman; children, Teresa Ball, Wyatt Keene (Barbara), Gwen Keene, Jay Keene, Britt Keene (Shanna); all of Macon; grandchildren; Blane Mathews, Jessica Mathews, Kerry Keene, Tom Keene, Seth Keene, Heather Keene, Aaron Keene, Sean Keene, Sarah Mann; ten great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday evening, March 24, 2011, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 in Chatom Cemetery in Chatom, Alabama.
