Julie Ann Pitzer

Julie Ann Pitzer, 55, entered into rest on, Friday, July 18, 2014.

Julie was born on March 23, 1959, in Zaragoza, Spain. She was of the Methodist faith. Julie received a Bachelor's degree from Macon State College. She worked as a registered nurse with the Home Healthcare Division of the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Julie enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Her father, Emmett G. McGuffin, Sr., preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband, Gary Pitzer, Byron; mother, Janet McGuffin, Warner Robins; brothers, Emmett Lee (Rosina) McGuffin, Jr., Bonaire; Russell Wayne (Robin) McGuffin, Cochran; and Clinton Monroe (Chantel) McGuffin, Warner Robins; many nieces and nephews and her furry children, Lexie, Sugar and Shadow.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Christ United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to your favorite animal charity.
