Kalyn Lene Shehee

Kalyn Lene Shehee, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Sunday, June 25, 2023, in Byron, Georgia.

Kalyn was born to Jessica Rene Shehee and the late Jason Michael Pinyan on March 10, 1993, in Warner Robins, Georgia. A caregiver to all, Kalyn loved her family and friends fiercely. Her sons, Carter and Maddox Wood were her whole world. She co-owned and operated Wood Customs alongside her fiancé, Dylan Wood. Kalyn had the most beautiful soul and would light up every room with her smile. She always stayed positive and never let any difficult situations change her outlook. Kalyn will be remembered as someone who made the most out of each and every day and lived life to the fullest.

In addition to her father, Kalyn was preceded in death by her sister, Miley Restauri; grandparents, Michael Pinyan, and Rodney Shehee; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Shehee, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Pinyan, Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Adams, and Mr. Gerald White; uncle, Allen Shehee; and soon to be mother-in-law, Nancy Wood.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her sons, Carter Wood and Maddox Wood; mother, Jessica Rene Shehee of Byron; siblings, Logan Pinyan, Kaleigh Finch, Elijah Pinyan, Tyler Restauri, and Payton Pinyan; grandparents, Brian and Debra Wise, and Terena Puckett; aunts and uncles, Lisa Chambers, Brianna Wise (Andy Harper), Jimmy Shehee (Stacy), Tammy Fairchild (Neal), Maranda Shehee, and Uriah Shehee; great-grandmother, Carol White; fiancé, Dylan Wood; soon to be father-in-law, Stewart Wood; and soon to be sister-in-law, Nikki Wood; many cousins and extended family members, as well as special cousins and best friends, Taylor Chambers, Kenley Hatin, and Taylor Callahan.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at The Assembly in Warner Robins, with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 p.m. Afterward, Kalyn Lene Shehee will be laid to rest in Perry Memorial Gardens.
