Kathleen Clark, 96, returned home to the Lord on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
Kathleen was born on April 29, 1927, in De Kalb, Mississippi to the late Paul and Bernice McCoy. In her professional life, Kathleen retired from Robins Air Force Base after a long Civil Service career as a safety specialist; most notably, the first female safety specialist at Robins. She was a true caregiver to all who knew her and was often found offering a helping hand wherever she could. With her servant’s heart, she practiced her faith as a long-time member of Green Acres Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, James Clark and son, James Timothy Clark.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Kathy Jones of Warner Robins and her children, Colton Jones (Megan) and Cody Jones; daughter-in-law, Linda Clark of Warner Robins and her children, James Brian Clark (Lindsey) and Lauren Clark; along with great-grandchildren, Carson & Clark Jones and Palmer & Nolan Clark.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Magnolia Park Cemetery, where Kathleen will be laid to rest. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
