Kenneth A. Bleicher passed away at age 78 on Thursday, January 21, 2021. Born in Paris, Kentucky on June 29, 1942, Kenneth was the son of the late Martin E. and Thelma Louise Sanders Bleicher. He grew up in Dayton, Ohio and proudly served his country for four years in the United States Air Force.
A 40-year resident of the Warner Robins area, Kenneth retired from Boeing, Inc. and opened his own business in Byron called Bleicher Machine and Tool. He was a smart, independent man who lived a life of precision and always had a strong work ethic. Kenneth had a great sense of humor and loved having fun, as well. When he wasn’t hard at work, you could find him watching the Andy Griffith Show.
Kenneth is survived by his loving son, Kenneth M. Bleicher (Lori) of Byron; grandchildren, Amanda Benamy (Joseph), Jonathan Bleicher (China) and Melissa Krohne (Joseph Thornton); great-grandchildren, Maliyah, Wakelynn, Cory and Adia; sisters, Judy Showalter of Centerville, Ohio and Joyce Naudasher (Ron) of Dayton, Ohio; former spouses, Tonnie Bleicher of Perry and Florence Bleicher of Grands Falls, New Brunswick, Canada; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
Kenneth’s family would like to express a special ‘thank you’ to the staff and caretakers of Madison Heights at The Prado for their constant loving support.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Kenneth to the PEACH Pit, Inc., P.O. Box 891, Fort Valley, GA 31030.
