Kenneth L. Walker

Kenneth L. Walker, 65, died Tuesday, September 2, 2003. Services will be held on Saturday, September 6 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gober Funeral Home in Arab, AL, with interment following in Arab City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Warner Robins, 205 N. Davis Dr, Warner Robins, GA 31093.

Mr. Walker was born in Arab, AL, but resided in Warner Robins for over 30 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia College in Milledgeville. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base. Mr. Walker was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Warner Robins. His parents, James Rufus and Willie Mae Walker, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda T. Walker, Warner Robins; sons, James Kenneth Walker (Donna), Conyers; Dennis Keith Walker (Jana), Cartersville; and Kerry Robin Walker (Cynthia), Bonaire; sister, Virginia Smith, Arab, AL; and grandchildren, Taryn Gay Walker, Austin Blake Walker, Brendon Tyler Walker, and Cara Alexandra Walker.
