TSgt Kenneth T. Stone, USAF (Ret.), 92, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
Kenneth was born on October 14, 1931, in Canton, Ohio to the late Thomas H. and Lena Mae Stone. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict and following his retirement in active duty, began working in civil service as a security specialist on Robins Air Force Base. Kenneth was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church. He was a quiet and kind man who enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and watching both the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves. His presence will be deeply missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Stone.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Martha L. Stone; children, Wanda Williams (Larry), and Diane Moore; granddaughter, Kristen Ponce (Alan); sister, Evelyn Griffin and sister-in-law, Janet Stone.
For anyone wanting to attend the graveside service, the processional will leave from McCullough Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023, in the mausoleum at Magnolia Park Cemetery where Kenneth will be laid to rest.
