Lane Fair Fabiani, 59, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022. Lane was born the son of Don Fabiani and Elizabeth Anna McBride Fabiani in Columbus, Georgia on September 10, 1962.
Lane graduated from Auburn University on December 1, 1991 and was a proud Auburn man. Lane loved Auburn second only to his family. Apart from his children, some of his fondest memories included the Auburn University chapter of the Pike fraternity, traveling, and driving his beloved 1963 Corvette convertible down Thatch Avenue in Auburn, Alabama.
He is preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Rozell Fair Fabiani; maternal grandmother, Anna McBride Buckner; mother, Elizabeth Anna Fabiani Stewart; father, Harry Adonis “Don” Fabiani; and sister, Teal Fabiani Grantham.
Lane is survived by his three children, Blakely Lane Fabiani, Bailey Kate Fabiani, and Jackson Porter Fabiani; his grandson, Michael Breccan “Breck” Fabiani; his sister, Brandee Fabiani Payne and her husband Chase; his brother, Lance Myers; as well as his nieces, Kourtney McAhren, Laney Payne, Logan Payne, and numerous other family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
Lane was a simple man and desired not to have a formal service. His remains will be scattered among his favorite places as well as alongside his sister, father, and grandmother.
