Larry Ham, 57, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2004. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.
Born in Galax, Virginia, Mr. Ham was the son of the late Walter Blaine and Esther Blackburn Ham and the husband of Iluminada Ham. He was a single-copy carrier for the Macon Telegraph for 11 years. He was a 23-year veteran of the United States Air Force, having worked in avionics and serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He retired with the rank of Master Sergeant in 1987. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his son, Walter Ham, Warner Robins; sisters, Patsy and Judy Ham, Forest Hill, MD; brothers, Gary Ham, Charleston, SC, and Tony Ham, Delta, PA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
