Larry Hubert Garrett

Larry Hubert Garrett, age 67, passed away in Warner Robins on May 16, 2022.

Born on February 21, 1955 in Macon, Larry was the son of the late Hubert Louise and Myra Moultrie Garrett. He grew up in Warner Robins and graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1973. He earned a two-year business administration degree from Macon College and then began to work in the fast food industry. Larry worked at Hardee’s and then McDonald’s where he started as a manager and then was promoted to the district manager of McDonald’s before he retired. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and traveling but loved nothing more than riding his Harley Davidson. A member of Second Baptist Church, he was a devoted father and faithful Christian man.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Garrett Williams (Dustin) of Warner Robins; sister, Susan Gail Garrett of Fort Valley; and brother, Jerry Garrett of Warner Robins.

Larry will be laid to rest at a graveside service at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Magnolia Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Larry’s memory to Second Baptist Church, 2504 Moody Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
