Laura Lee Holland

Laura Lee Holland, age 56, passed away in Macon on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

A kind, loving sister and aunt, Laura (Dee), was a favorite among her nieces and nephews as well as a devoted companion to the elderly and to animals. Born in Chateauroux, France on May 6, 1965, she was of the Catholic faith. Laura graduated from Northside High School in 1983 and studied at the University of Georgia. She continued to be an avid Bulldog fan for all of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Hamilton and Mary Lou Super Holland, as well as her brother, Bill Holland.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Barry Holland (Tammy) of Hawkinsville; sister, Joanne Wingard (Jeff) of Knoxville, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Andy Holland, Jamie Holland, Patrick Wingard, and Claire Wingard; and great nieces and nephews, Barry Holland, Jillian Holland, and Everly Holland.

At the family’s request, all services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Laura’s memory to The Phoenix Center, 940 SR 96, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
