Lillie M. Knight

Lillie M. Knight, 55, entered into rest on Saturday, April 30, 2011.

Lillie was born on May 4, 1955 in Widener, Arkansas. She had earned two Associates Degrees; one in Criminal Justice, and the other in Information Technology. Lillie was a Registrar Assistant with Georgia Military College. She was a member of Word Aflame Tabernacle where she was the Sunday School Director.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband of thirty-two years, Nathaniel Knight; daughters, La'Tonyah Nieves, Castleberry, Florida, Nathasha Gamboa (Robert), Italy, and Nathina Knight, Warner Robins; son, Nathaniel Knight II, California; parents, L. B. Bailey and Thelma Harris, both of Champagne, Illinois; grandchildren, Paris, Pearl, Portia, and Penelope; brothers, Lewis Bailey and Oscar Thomas; and sisters, Patricia Lewis, Lavonne Howard, Sharon Thomas, and Juanita Bailey.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Word Aflame Tabernacle. Funeral services will be held at Word Aflame Tabernacle on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with The Reverend M. K. Marcantel officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 on Monday, May, 9, 2011 in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia. The family respectfully requests memorial donations to be given to Word Aflame Sunday School Department, 1780 Tucker Road, Macon, GA 31220.
