Linda Diane Whittington

Linda Diane Whittington, 66, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 31, 2013.

Ms. Diane was born on December 1, 1947 in Brookhaven, Mississippi to the late Jesse W. and Agnes Mathis Hemphill. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Louisiana State University and was an accountant with Edmond Paving.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Tony Keith Whittington, Jr. (Belinda), Byron, Georgia; daughters, Lyndie Whittington McGee (Jeff), Biloxi, Mississippi and Tonya Whittington Adams, Dallas, Georgia; and grandchildren, Rebekah, Brandon, Nathan, Megan, Sierra, Jacob, Cheyenne, Adam, Simcha and Rachel.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Grace Baptist Church. Interment will be private.
