Linda Hester Roberts

Linda Roberts, 54, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

Linda was born on October 21, 1959 in Macon, Georgia and was a former waitress of Waffle House. She called First Baptist of Haynesville her church home.

She had many family and friends that loved her dearly. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Linda's husband, Charles Eugene Roberts, Sr.; father, Harold Legrand Hester, Sr.; brother, Harold Legrand Hester, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Sam and Agnes Oakes; and paternal grandparents, Talmadge and Ailene Hester, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Charles Eugene "Chuckie" Roberts, Jr., Justin Henry Roberts and Heather Camille Roberts; seven grandchildren, Charles Mykell Roberts, Coleman Lane Roberts, Destiny Mae Mullis, Isaiah Roberts, Trinity and Dalton Clark, and Jasey Brinson Roberts; mother, Mary Oakes Hester Fowler (Marvin); sisters, Kathy Hester Hoerler and Glenda Hester Bass; brother, James Eric Hester; stepbrothers, Ronald, Andy, W.C., and Tommy Fowler; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend David Fisher officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be private.
