Linda Ruth White, 68, entered into rest on Friday, May 24, 2013.
Ms. White was born on December 23, 1944 in Benham, Kentucky to the late William and Ruth Adams. Linda was a thirty year government employee working at Robins Air Force Base as well as Wright Patterson and the Pentagon. She was an avid reader, a master gardener, and loved art, photography and traveling. She was a long-time member of Martha Berry Chapter #351, Order of the Eastern Star, a Past Matron of that chapter, a member of the Dawn Hughes Rainbow Advisory Board and a former Rainbow Girl. She was a loyal friend and will be missed by many.
Her memory will be treasured by her children, John David White, Wisconsin; James William White (Tina), Warner Robins; Jacob Andrew White (Amy), Powell, Tennessee; sisters, Regan Adams and Laurel A. Kitchens, Warner Robins; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation immediately following. Interment will be in Kentucky at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Masonic Children's Home, 811 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201.
