Lisa A. Hutcheson

Lisa A. Hutcheson, loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed into the hands of her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 27, 2015. She was 60 years old.

On April 27, 1955, Lisa was born in Peach County, Georgia to Bill and Nanette Simpson Jackson. She graduated from Macon State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and served various hospitals throughout the Middle Georgia Area. Lisa adored her career in nursing, but retired when she found that her calling was to be a stay at home 'Mema.' She was the heart of the Hutcheson Family and was so very dedicated to them. Mrs. Hutcheson loved going on family vacations and spending time with her four grandsons doing things like going to their recreational events and school functions. She enjoyed cooking and coordinating family holiday get-togethers as well as flowering and gardening. Southside Baptist was her church home.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is also survived by her loving husband, Ronald Hutcheson of Centerville; children, Kristina Hairrington and Rebecca Davis (Todd), both of Perry; grandsons, Cayden and Carson Hairrington and Peyton and Colton Davis; sisters, Cindy Zilaro of Gray and Pam Waymouth of Westchester, Virginia; and many loving nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterwards, Lisa will be laid to rest in Perry Memorial Gardens.
