Lloyd "Dan" Archer

Lloyd Archer, 72, entered into rest on Saturday, December 27, 2014.

Lloyd was born on May 15, 1942 in Cromwell, Indiana to the late Dallas and Wilma Archer. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force and later retired from Fort Valley State University as an Associate Professor. His loving wife, Carol Archer, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughter, Elisa Archer Reece (Tracy), Warner Robins; grandchildren, Bayleigh Danielle Reece and Blayne Madison Reece; brother, Benny Archer (Sherry), Albion, Indiana; sister, Brenda Golden (Terry), Warsaw, Indiana; sister in law, Judy Guyer and nieces and nephews, Kevin Archer, Marissa Archer, Trenton Golden, Derrick Golden, Cheryl Wallace and Greg Guyer.

Visitation will be Monday, December 29, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December, 30, 2014 at Christ United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Lloyd Archer to Christ United Methodist Church 511 Russell Parkway Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
