Lloyd Gibson

Lloyd Robert Gibson, 90, entered peacefully into rest, surrounded by loved ones on December 19, 2022.

Lloyd was born on October 19, 1932 in Hunt, New York. He graduated high school in 1950 and went on to marry Elizabeth Henry in 1955. Later in life, Lloyd retired from The Gleason Works in Rochester, New York after thirty-three years. Lloyd loved golfing, repairing and refinishing old furniture, and always held so much love for his church, family, and friends.

His parents, Clarence and Mildred Gibson, his wife, Elizabeth Henry Gibson, and his siblings, Nancy Carpenter and Richard Gibson preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughters Tracey L. Carlton (Mark), Robin D’alesio (Joseph); his grandchildren, Amy Lynne Havanga (Ari), Kristy Warden (Doug); his great-grandchildren, Owen Warden, Hudson Warden, Oliver Warden, and five Havanga fur babies. His memory will also be cherished by his siblings, Carol Nusbickel (David), Lowell Gibson (Judy), and his many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will take place at a later date in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
