Lonnie Fain McClintic, Jr., 38, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 14, 2012.
Fain was born on July 17, 1973 in Warner Robins, Georgia. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Perry, Georgia. Fain was employed by Taylor Well Drilling as a Well Driller. He was an accomplished racer, holding outstanding records in go-cart racing and was proudly beginning his career in dirt track racing. Fain was also an avid outdoorsman.
His memory will forever be treasured by his parents, Lonnie Fain McClintic, Sr., and Colleen Balue McClintic, Haynesville; beloved children, Lonnie Fain "Trey" McClintic, III; Tyler Clayton McClintic; Paige Lyn McClintic, all of Haynesville; and Micah Carl McClintic, Kathleen; sisters, Jenny McClintic, Katy Smith (Craig), Hannah Singleton (Michael), and brother, Micah T. McClintic; all of Haynesville; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Beverly Balue, Port Orange, Florida; paternal grandmother, Kathryn McClintic, Haynesville; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Visitation will be Thursday evening, February 16, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2012 in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1799 Houston Lake Road, Perry, Georgia. Interment will follow in Haynesville Baptist Church Cemetery.
