Louise Davis

Ommie Louise Cox Davis, 73, entered into rest October 10, 2011.

Mrs. Davis, born June 15, 1938 in Thomaston, was a devoted homemaker of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Claude Virgil Davis; and parents, Pastor John Jackson and Mattie Lou Corley Cox.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Sharon Kennedy, Timothy, Ken, Glen, Terry and Claude Davis, and Thersa Wade; siblings, Laura Burkett, Jeanette Shepard and Pat Poteat.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend David Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
