Craig Branning, 55, entered into rest on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
Craig was born on September 25, 1956 in High Point, North Carolina. He was of the Methodist faith. With honor, courage, and commitment, Lt Col Branning proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Subsequent to his military retirement, he worked as Chief, Strategic Basing Branch in civil service at Robins Air Force Base. His parents, Ercell Leverne Branning and Dovie Ellen Branning, and his son, Reid Branning, all preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Sheryl Keisler Branning, Bonaire; children, Whitney Branning, Rio Rancho, New Mexico; Angela Stahl (Brian), Norfolk, Virginia; Dayna Davis, Bonaire; brothers, Bobby Branning, High Point, North Carolina; Mike Branning (Louise), Trinity, North Carolina; and so many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, April 20, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2012 in Andersonville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to HCCOA Meals on Wheels, 119 Vicki Lynn Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093.
