Lt. Col. Donald A. Utterback, Usaf (Ret.)

Lt. Col. Donald A. Utterback, USAF (Ret.), 72, died Wednesday, September 24, 2003. Services will be held on Monday, September 29 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Andersonville National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Utterback was born in Hemingford, NE, to the late Paul and Evelyn Utterback. He retired from the United States Air Force after 27 years of service. A minister of 42 years, he served as pastor of Community of Christ Church in Warner Robins for 25 years. He owned and operated the Stitch and Wickery for 25 years and was a member of the World Tradebank. He was preceded in death by son, Marc Dale Utterback.

Survivors include his wife Florence Utterback, Warner Robins; daughters, Beth Poulk (Richard), Thomasville, Marcie Barker (Charles), Warner Robins; son, Don L. Utterback, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Jessica, Mindi and Marc J. Utterback, Stephanie, Stacy and Samuel Poulk, Ryan and Kevin Barker; brother, Franklin Utterback, MO; sisters, Margie Sietsema, Byron, Chari Meshak, WI.
