Madison Lynn Brooks, an infant, died Thursday, March 28 at the Houston Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, April 2 in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include her mother, Adona Jenkins, Warner Robins; grandmothers, Angie Brooks and Wanda Hummel; grandfathers, Kenneth Brooks and Richard Hummel; great grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Brooks and Ed and Minnie Davis, all of Bonaire and Warner Robins; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
