Malcolm Edgar Tucker

Malcolm Edgar Tucker, 88, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

Mr. Tucker was born on June 10, 1924 in Centerville, Georgia. He was of the Baptist faith. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force, serving during WWII. He retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base after thirty-eight years of employment where he worked as an Inventory Specialist. He will be fondly remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Malcolm enjoyed farming and gardening. His parents, Clinton Tucker and Mattie Hudson Tucker; son, William Tucker, and brother, Aldine Tucker, all preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife, Oreita Cordelia Tucker, Mount Juliet, Tennessee; children, David Tucker, Carla Lee (John); grandchildren, Nora, Evan, and Aubrey Lee.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
