Margaret Beers Phillips

Margaret Beers Phillips entered into rest at her residence with her beloved family by her side on Thursday, July 14, 2022.

In the District of Columbia on October 3, 1949, Margaret was born to the late Robert Beers and Ruth Schauffler Moody. She was the oldest of six. From a military family, Margaret moved often and even lived in the Philippines and Germany. In 1968, she graduated from Warner Robins High School. Soon after, she married and took joy in raising her three wonderful children. Later, Margaret met Steven and married in 1991, the two of them enjoyed 31 delightful years together. She enjoyed shopping and traveling. Margaret will be remembered as a social butterfly, who loved people and took delight in visiting others.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband, Steven Michael Phillips; children, Thomas Dale Campbell, Jr. (Karen Lynn) of Social Circle, Robert Denman Campbell of Warner Robins, and Tiffany Rachelle Powell (Chris) of Rockport, Texas; grandchildren, Abigail Hope, Joshua Thomas, Jata, Denver, and Demi Campbell; siblings, Robert Beers, Arlene Holliman, Ronnie Beers, Henry Beers, Cathy Lee, and Rick Moody; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.
