Margaret P. Hartley

Mrs. Margaret P. Hartley died Tuesday, November 26, 2002 at the Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 29 at First United Methodist Church with interment following in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Lizella. Visitation will be from 7:00 until 9:00 pm Thursday at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the First United Methodist Church Television Ministries.

Mrs. Hartley was born in Bibb County, GA. She was a homemaker and a former member of the Older Americans Council. A member of First United Methodist Church, she was part of the Ladies Bible Class, Circle 4, and United Methodist Women. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie H. Hartley; parents, Samuel and Mattie Louise Patton; and a son, Hiram “Bunk” Hartley.

Survivors include her son, W.C. Pat Hartley (Marian), Warner Robins; daughter, Marcie Ratledge (Alvin), Winston Salem, NC; son, Bruce Hartley, Warner Robins; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
