Mrs. Margaret (Peggi) C. Nall, age 64, of Warner Robins, GA., passed on June 17, 2023 at her home surrounded by loving husband and kids.
She was born May 19, 1959, at Tachikawa AFB, Japan to the late Arthur D Strathern, Jr and Ivy-Lou Ingram Strathern. A 1977 graduate of Warner Robins High School, she traveled the world first as an Air Force military brat and then as an Air Force wife. Her family settled in Warner Robins and she was employed by Friedman Jewelry before moving into the education field. Peggi was employed by the Houston County School Board of Education for 27 years. She had just retired at the end of the school year from WIN Academy/Crossroads where she was the Administrative Technology Specialist for most of her career, to spend more time with her family.
On March 20, 1983, she married SSgt Rickie L. Nall of East Prairie, Missouri. They had an unusually short courtship and engagement. Rick threw her a curve ball by proposing late Christmas Eve night while wrapping presents and she responded by saying she had to wait a week. Peggi accepted his proposal on New Eve Years Day and planned a June wedding. Rickie did not want to wait any longer, he knew she was the one and only love of his life. They traveled the world together with their 4 children before settling back in Warner Robins, Georgia. They shared 40 wonderful, caring, loving and blessed years together.
In addition to her husband, surviving Peggi are her children Nikki (Glenn) Fisher of Warner Robins, GA: April Benton of Leominster, MA; Stephen (Amy) Nall of Roberta, GA and Ericka (Jon) Weber of Warner Robins, GA: brother, Arthur D (David) Strathern III of Arlington, VT; step-mother Mrs. Johnnie Strathern of Watkinsville, GA and cousin Bobby (Stephanie) Ingram of Long Island NY.
