Margie E. Peterman, 80, died Friday, January 23, 2004, at Peachbelt Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Taylor County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Robert C. and Lula W. Peterman. Miss Peterman graduated from Butler High School in Butler, Georgia in 1940 and then attended Macon Business School. She began work at Robins Air Force Base in 1943 and retired with thirty years of service. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Surviving are a brother, Milton Peterman, and his wife Joan, of St. Simons Island; a niece, Jayne P. Rohl, and her husband, Tom, of Simpsonville, South Carolina; a niece, Charlotte M. Bell, and her husband, Phillip, of Warner Robins; and a great-nephew, Brian M. Whitley, his wife Lori, and their two children, Hunter and Colby, of Warner Robins. She was predeceased by her brother, Harold C. Peterman.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 25, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with burial at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
