Marjorie R. Johnson

Marjorie Johnson, 71, entered into rest on Monday, May 5, 2008.

Mrs. Johnson was born on July 26, 1936 in Bleckley County, Georgia. She lived in Warner Robins for forty years, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and ceramics. Her parents, Grady and Christine Benson, preceded her in death.

Her memory will be forever treasured by her husband, Jack Johnson, Warner Robins; children, Dale Wise, Centerville and Randy Johnson, Warner Robins; sisters, Wynell Dean, Macon, Faye Knighton, Cochran, and Laverne Walker, Eastman; brothers, Rondal Benson, Manchester, Doyle Benson, Clinton, Connecticut, Carlis Benson, Greenville, South Carolina, Lamar Benson, Greenville, South Carolina, and Curtis Ross, Macon; and four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 8, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2008 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be given to the Arthritis Foundation, Georgia Chapter, 2970 Peachtree Road NW, Suite 200 Atlanta, GA 30305.
