Martha Louise Nipper

Martha "Louise" Joyner Nipper, 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 15, 2008, surrounded by family at her niece's home in McDonough. She fought a courageous though brief battle with lung cancer.

Born in Houston County on July 4, 1925, she was the daughter of Lewis Elijah and Susie Bell Jackson Joyner of Bonaire. Family members include brother, Ronnie L. Joyner (Krista); niece, Shannon Joyner Greer (John); nephew, Mark Bradley Joyner (Joanna); two great-nieces, Grace Suzanne Greer and Melanie Jean Joyner; two great-nephews, Wesley Thomas Greer and Luke Bradley Greer.

A celebration of Louise's life will be held with her family and friends at McCullough Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2008. Visitation with the family will be prior to the service from 1:00 pm. to 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Providence Hospice, 1550 Rock Quarry Road, Suite B, Stockbridge GA 30281
