Mary Alice Maslar

Mary Alice Warren Maslar peacefully passed away at her residence on the morning of Thursday, April 18, 2024. She was 86 years old.

The daughter of the late Henry Warren and Maudie Willis Warren, Mary Alice was born on August 7, 1937, in Pitts, Georgia, in Wilcox County. She graduated in 1955, from Pitts High School. After college, Mary Alice worked as a Real Estate Agent for over 15 years with Shirley Smith’s Real Estate.

In addition to her parents, Mary Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Maslar; brothers, Larry Warren, Charles Warren, Durwood Warren and Collins Warren; and sisters, Linda Warren Youman and Carol Sue Warren Walters.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her sons, David Poole of Warner Robins and Charles Poole of Jones County; grandchildren, Charles Ellis Poole (Kinsley) of Macon, David L. Poole, Jr. (Britteny) of North Carolina, Nathan Garrett Poole (Abby) of Perry; great-grandchildren, Eston Ellis, Raylynn, Levi, Wyatt, Howell, and Willa and Whitney Poole; as well as a sister, Nancy Warren Foster (Al) of Cobb, GA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.  Mary Alice Maslar will be laid to rest privately.
