Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Canady Bunn

Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Canady Bunn passed away at her residence on February 26, 2022.

She was born in Emanuel County, Georgia on January 26, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Newburn and Ruby Canady. Even with her heart condition, Liz did not let that stop her from living. Her zest for life wasn’t dampened and she enjoyed her life to the fullest.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 55 years, Warren Bunn; sisters, Dale Edenfield (Robert) of Stillmore, Georgia, and Bonnie Tapley (Mike) of Swainsboro as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Liz will be laid to rest privately at Andersonville National Cemetery.
