Mary Medina Kirkland Carpenter

Mary Medina Carpenter, 36, of Greenville, NC died Friday, November 9 in Warner Robins. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, November 14 at 2:00pm at Christ United Methodist Church in Warner Robins. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to UCSF Foundation, 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 2200, San Francisco, CA, 94101, (Please note on donation that it is to be used for Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Research) or Hospice of Houston County, P.O. Box 1023, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
Born in Jacksonville, FL, Dina later graduated from Northside High School and Brunswick Junior College. She then went to school in Pensacola where she received her Ultra Sonagraphy Training and Certification. She was employed at Pitt Memorial Hospital for 8 years, and was last employed at the East Carolina School of Medicine for 5 years. She was a member of the Faith and Victory Church in Greenville.
She is survived by her husband, David Carpenter of Greenville, NC; mother, Donna Rae Lovejoy of Warner Robins; father, J.V. Kirkland of Warner Robins; brother, Scott Kirkland of Macon; grandmother, Clifford Kirkland of Scottsboro, AL; and Callie, Babbes, Gabby and Sierra.
