Maryann Griffin Pistono

Maryann Pistono, 74, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 27, 2016.

Maryann was born on November 6, 1942 in Pavo, Georgia to the late Russell and Mabel B. Griffin. She dedicated her life to a career of serving her husbands and selflessly caring for her children. Maryann loved puzzles, reading, camping, traveling, and having coffee with friends at Huddle House.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Peter Van Wart; and daughter, Lisa Michelle Holland.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Paul J. Pistono of Warner Robins; children, Deborah Lynn Reule (Gaylord) of Warner Robins and Jon Lazeau (Tammie) of Lexington, North Carolina; grandchildren, Amy Kosovan (Ronnie), Megan Holland, Lenzi Stroud (Willis), and Jonathan and Ridge Lazeau; and great-grandchildren, Kayzlie Stroud, Hunter Kosovan, and Dylan Pack.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30th in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation two hours prior to the service. Reverend Phil Faraone will officiate.

The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be given in memory of Maryann to the American Heart Association, 5962 Zebulon Road PMB # 359, Macon, GA 31210.
