Mathew Steven Boss

Mathew Steven Boss, our loving husband, father, sibling and friend, passed into the hands of his Lord on Friday, April 30, 2021, at the age of 51. He was born in Brentwood, New York, on June 11, 1969, the son of the late Charlie and Marie Owens Boss. He attended Clemson University and was the owner and President of Boss Development, LLC, where he built beautiful homes in the Middle Georgia area.

Compassionate, genuine, intelligent, open-minded, patient and forgiving, Mathew was the epitome of all things real, honest, and good. He could make anyone laugh and had the uncanny ability to lift the mood wherever he went. Mathew was a friend to all, an enemy to none, and was most importantly a loyal husband, and a God-fearing father to his two wonderful children! In addition to serving the Lord and his family, Mathew loved all things food, sports and fitness, but pizza and hockey were his absolute favorites.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Alisha Bradley-Boss; children, Ian and Brooklyn Boss; and siblings, Patricia Driver (Rob), Marie Boss (Anthony Fernandez), Bill Boss (Julieann) and Edward Boss.

Mathew’s family will receive friends for a memorial gathering at McCullough Funeral Home on Saturday, May 8, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. A memorial service celebrating his life will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Randall Nash officiating. Flowers for the family may be sent to McCullough Funeral Home.
