Matrice Anderson Molony

Matrice Anderson Molony, 85, entered into rest on Friday, June 15, 2012.

Matrice was born on February 14, 1927 in Clio, Alabama. She lived most of her life in Mobile, Alabama until 1963 when the family moved to Macon, Georgia. Matrice went on to retire from Robins Air Force Base as a Computer Operator. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Warner Robins and of the Centerville Lions Club. Her adoring husband, Joseph A. "Joe" Molony; and parents, Dewey H. Anderson and Leila Teal Anderson, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Gayle Bridges, Warner Robins, Gregory A. Milstead (Janita), Centerville, Mitchell Molony, Gastonia, North Carolina, and Carl Molony, Clifton, New Jersey; sister, Mavis A. Walker, Montgomery, Alabama; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with entombment following in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. Chaplain Delois Reese will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry St, Macon, GA 31201.
