Mearline Hall

Mearline Hall, 66, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2004 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 4, at First Baptist Church Centerville with interment following in Centerville Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June 3 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church Centerville Building Fund, 108 Church Street, Centerville, GA 30128.

Born in Millry, Alabama, Mrs. Hall graduated from Millry High School in 1956. She retired from Sears-Roebuck after 29 years of service. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her father, Henry Austin Scarborough, and sister, Lily Mae Carpenter, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Roy J. Hall, Warner Robins; mother, Ester Maggie Scarborough, Tibble, AL; daughter, Julie Lynn Bailey, Warner Robins; son and daughter-in-law, Roy Haden and Kerry Hall, Warner Robins; sister, Dorothy Lee Toomey, Tibble, AL; sister, Earline Nelson, Mobile AL; brother, Robert Lee Scarborough, Barlow, AL; grandchildren, Robert Lynn Bailey, Jr. (Marni), Michelle Kristen Grice (John), and Heather Suzanne Hall; and great-grandson, John Hayden Grice.
