Frank Drummond Youngblood, 86, entered into rest on the Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
Frank was born on July, 16, 1930 in Richmond, Virginia and grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. She moved to Warner Robins, Georgia in 1968 where she remained until 2014. Mrs. Youngblood was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the teacher of many of the Sunday School classes at Trinity in the 48 years she lived in Warner Robins. She was a substitute teacher, then a graphic illustrator at Robins Air Force Base for over 15 years.
A beautiful artist, Mrs. Youngblood attended Cathedral, then Mary Baldwin, then on to Ole Miss to graduate. She was an outstanding member of The Junior League of Jackson, Mississippi among so many other accomplishments.
Her parents, Eugene D. Drummond and Laura Moore Green, preceded her in death.
Frank's memory will forever be treasured by her surviving husband, Charles G. Youngblood Jr.;
her daughter, Laura Youngblood Carithers; and her grandchildren, Elisa Wallace (Timothy Harfield), Braden Wallace and Hannah Swanson.
A visitation and casual meeting of friends will be held on the Friday, October 7th from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Mrs. Youngblood will be laid to rest in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Jackson, Mississippi on Monday, October 10th.
